سواء حملت القناع لافتة الفاشية، أو الديمقراطية، أو دكتاتورية البروليتاريا، فإن عدونا الأكبر يظل الجهاز: البيروقراطية، والشرطة، والجيش. ليس ذلك الذي يواجهنا عبر خطوط الجبهة، فهو ليس عدوّنا بقدر ما هو عدوّ إخوتنا، بل ذلك الذي يدّعي أنه حامينا ويجعلنا عبيدًا له. ومهما كانت الظروف، فإن أعظم خيانة هي أن نخضع أنفسنا لهذا الجهاز، وأن ندوس في خدمته كل القيم الإنسانية فينا وفي غيرنا.
