لقد انشقّت منظمة أسامة بن لادن عنه، وربما صارت اليوم مستقلة عنه. وسيظهر آخرون ويعاودون الظهور. ولهذا نحتاج إلى حملة أدقّ وأوضح، وأشدّ صبرًا في بنائها، تتتبع لا وجود الإرهابيين فحسب، بل الجذور التي يمكن تحديدها لظاهرة الإرهاب.
