ولكن قبل أن تتحقق أعظم الأمور، لا بدّ من تغيير جليل في منظومة التعليم والمعرفة، حتى تصبح عامّةً بما يكفي لتقريب الطبقات الدنيا من المجتمع إلى العليا. فتعليم الأمة، بدلًا من أن يقتصر على مدارس وجامعات قليلة لتعليم القلّة، يجب أن يصبح عناية الأمة ونفقتها الوطنية، من أجل إعلام الكثرة.
