ما أسميه المجتمع البرجوازي هو كل مجتمع يتحجّر في أشكال مُقرّرة سلفاً، فيحظر كل تطور وكل مكسب وكل تقدم وكل اكتشاف. وأسمّي البرجوازي المجتمعَ المغلق الذي لا طعم فيه للحياة، والهواءُ فيه فاسد، والأفكارُ والناسُ فيه فاسدون. وأرى أن الإنسان الذي يقف في وجه هذا الموت هو، بمعنى ما، ثوري.
