إنّ بذرة تفكّك حكومتنا الاتحادية كامنةٌ في دستور السلطة القضائية الاتحادية؛ هيئةٌ غيرُ مسؤولة، (فالعزلُ بالاتهام بالكاد يُخيف أحدًا)، تعمل كالجاذبية ليلًا ونهارًا، تكسب قليلًا اليوم وقليلًا غدًا، وتتقدّم بخطوتها الصامتة كاللص عبر ميدان الولاية القضائية، حتى تُنتزع السلطاتُ كلها من الولايات، ويُدمَج حكمُ الجميع في كيانٍ واحد.
