الذين يفكّرون بجلدهم أو بأعضائهم التناسلية أو بعشيرتهم هم أصلُ المشكلة من الأساس. ولا يُبدَّد هذا الشبح بإيقاظه واستدعائه. فإن كنتُ لا أصوّت ضد أحدهم لمجرّد «عرقه» أو «جنسه»، فبالمنطق ذاته لا أصوّت له لذات السبب. ومع ذلك انظر كيف يجعل هذا السؤال البديهي أذكياء نسبياً يقولون أغبى الأقوال وأكثرها إثارةً للفزع.
