كان «الأنبياء» ما نسمّيه today المثقفين المعارضين. قدّموا تحليلاً نقدياً للجيوبوليتيك، وأدانوا جرائم الأقوياء، ونادَوا بالعدل والرحمة لمن يحتاجون إلى العون. لا أتبنّى شخصياً كل ما قالوه، كما لا أتبنّى كل ما يقوله منتقدو السلطة وجرائمها اليوم. لكنني أرى عموماً أنهم أدّوا دوراً شريفاً، ودفعوا ثمن ذلك.
