الصنف الثاني من الشرور يشمل ما يُلحقه البشر بعضهم ببعض، كأن يستعمل بعضهم قوته ضد غيره. وهذه الشرور أكثر عدداً من شرور الصنف الأول... وهي كذلك تنشأ من أنفسنا، وإن كان المتضرّر نفسه لا يستطيع دفعها.

“The second class of evils comprises such evils as people cause to each other, when, e.g. , some of them use their strength against others.
