لا شك أنه لا بدّ من جماعة من الخدّام (ministerium) للكنيسة غير المرئية، لكن لا حاجة إلى موظفين رسميين (officiales)؛ أي معلّمين لا وُلاةً ذوي مناصب، إذ لا توجد بعدُ في الدين العقلي لكلّ فرد كنيسةٌ بوصفها اتحادًا كونيًا (omnitudo collectiva).
