رأسمال ماركس ليس رسالة في الاشتراكية، بل هو تلفيق مُحكم ضد البرجوازية. كان يُفترض أن يُكتب للطبقة العاملة، لكنّ العامل يحترم البرجوازية ويريد أن يصبح برجوازيًا. لم يستطع ماركس أن يمسك به ولو للحظة. إن أبناء البرجوازية الثائرين أنفسهم، أمثالي، هم من صبغوا العلم بالأحمر. الطبقات الوسطى والعليا هي العنصر الثوري في المجتمع، أما البروليتاريا فهي العنصر المحافظ.
