ينبغي أن يُشترى أفضل منتج، وأن يُكافأ الأجدر أكثر. أما العوامل المعطِّلة التي تُربك انتصار الفضيلة والعدل والحقيقة والكفاءة وسواها، فينبغي أن تُقلَّص إلى أدنى حد، أو أن تقترب من الصفر كنهاية.
