يثري مالكو الأراضي وهم نيام، دون عمل أو مخاطرة أو ادخار. وإنّ ارتفاع قيمة الأرض، الناتج عن جهود المجتمع بأسره، ينبغي أن يعود إلى المجتمع، لا إلى الفرد الذي قد يملك سندَ ملكيتها.
