الحرية هي جوهر اقتصادنا ومجتمعنا. فبدون الحرية يُمنع العقل البشري من إطلاق طاقته الخلّاقة. لكن الواضح أيضاً أن هذه الحرية لا تقوم وحدها، فهي حرية في إطار المسؤولية، وحرية في ممارسة المسؤولية.
