الاستغلال الرأسمالي والكارتلات والاحتكارات هي أعداء البلدان المتخلفة. أما النظام الموجَّه كليًا نحو الشعب بأسره، القائم على مبدأ أن الإنسان أثمن ما يملك، فسيمكّننا من المضيّ قدمًا بسرعة أكبر وانسجام أعمق، وبذلك يستحيل ذلك المسخ من المجتمع الذي تتركز فيه كل السلطة الاقتصادية والسياسية في أيدي قلّة تنظر إلى الأمة كلها بازدراء واحتقار.
