هذا العجز عن التفكير هو ما أتاح لكثير من الناس العاديين ارتكاب أفعال شريرة على نطاق هائل لم يُشهد مثله من قبل. وليست مظاهر ريح الفكر معرفةً، بل القدرة على التمييز بين الخير والشر، والجميل والقبيح. وإني لآمل أن يمنح التفكير الناسَ القوة على منع الكوارث في تلك اللحظات النادرة التي تنقلب فيها الأمور رأسًا على عقب.
