يحتسب الناتج القومي الإجمالي تلوّث الهواء وإعلانات السجائر، وسيارات الإسعاف التي تُزيل آثار المجازر على طرقنا. ويحسب الأقفال الخاصة لأبوابنا، والسجون لمن يكسرونها... ولا يأخذ في الحسبان صحّة أسرنا، ولا جودة تعليم أبنائنا، ولا فرحة لعبهم.
