سأل حكيمٌ ذات يوم: لماذا يتزاحم العلماء على أبواب الأغنياء، ولا يميل الأغنياء إلى قرع أبواب العلماء؟ فأجاب: «العلماء يعرفون جيداً فائدة المال، أما الأغنياء فيجهلون نبل العلم».
