لم تكن الحكومة التي قاتلنا من أجلها استبداداً منتخباً، بل حكومةً تُؤسَّس على مبادئ حرّة حقيقية، وتُوزَّع فيها السلطات وتُوازَن بين هيئات القضاء والإدارة العامة، بحيث لا يستطيع أيٌّ منها أن يتجاوز حدوده القانونية دون أن تردّه الهيئات الأخرى وتكبحه كبحاً فعّالاً.
