أعطني القوّة: هذه صلاتي إليك يا ربّي، اضرب، اضرب جذر الفقر في قلبي. أعطني القوّة لأحتمل أفراحي وأحزاني بخفّة. أعطني القوّة لأجعل حبّي مثمراً في خدمة الآخرين. أعطني القوّة ألّا أتنكّر أبداً للفقراء، ولا أنحني لجبروت المستكبرين. أعطني القوّة لأرفع عقلي عالياً فوق سفاسف الحياة اليومية. وأعطني القوّة لأسلّم قوّتي إلى مشيئتك بمحبّة.
