يا ربّ، اجعلني أداةً لسلامك؛ فحيث يكون الكره، فلأزرع المحبة، وحيث يكون الأذى، فالعفو، وحيث يكون الشك، فالإيمان، وحيث اليأس، فالرجاء، وحيث الظلام، فالنور، وحيث الحزن، فالفرح. يا معلّمي الإلهي، امنحني ألّا أسعى كثيرًا إلى أن أُواسى بل أن أواسي، وألّا أطلب أن أُفهَم بل أن أفهم، وألّا أطلب أن أُحَبّ بل أن أحبّ.
