ينبغي للإنسان أن يرى نفسه متوازنةً كفّتاها: نصفُها خيرٌ ونصفُها شرّ. وكذلك ينبغي أن يرى العالمَ كلَّه نصفه خيرٌ ونصفه شرّ.... فبعمل خيرٍ واحد يرجّح كفّته هو، ويرجّح كفّة العالم كلِّه، نحو الخير.
