الأرجح أنّ الجانب الأكبر من عمل المؤلف وهو يُنشئ عمله هو عمل نقديّ: عمل الغربلة والجمع والبناء والحذف والتصويب والاختبار. وهذا الكدّ المرهق نقديٌّ بقدر ما هو إبداعيّ.
