الأمس ليس معلمًا على الطريق قد تجاوزناه، بل حجرُ أيامٍ على الدرب المطروق للسنين، وهو جزءٌ لا سبيل إلى فصله عنّا، ثقيلٌ وخطِر يسكننا. فنحن لسنا أكثر إرهاقًا بسبب الأمس فحسب، بل صرنا غيرَ ما كنّا قبل فاجعة الأمس.
