لن يبقى حلمُ السلام الدائم، وتآخي الشعوب، وحكمِ الأخلاق الدولية، إلا وهمًا عابرًا يُسعى إليه ولا يُدرك، ما دامت فلسفةٌ تعدّ عرقًا أرقى وآخر أدنى لم تُنبذ وتُهجر نهائيًا؛ وما دام في الأمم مواطنون من الدرجة الأولى وآخرون من الدرجة الثانية؛ وما دام لون بشرة الإنسان أهمّ من لون عينيه؛ وما دامت حقوق الإنسان الأساسية لا تُكفل للجميع على قدم المساواة دون تمييز عرقي.
