الديكتاتورية، مهما كان اسمها، تقوم على عقيدة مفادها أن الفرد لا قيمة له، وأن الدولة وحدها هي المعتبَرة، وأن الرجال والنساء والأطفال ما خُلقوا في هذه الدنيا إلا ليخدموا الدولة.
