تسير الأمم نحو ذروة عظمتها بخطى توازي خطى تعليمها. فإن ارتقى التعليم ارتقت الأمم، وإن تراجع تراجعت. وتسقط الأمم وتغرق في الظلام إذا فسد التعليم أو أُهمل إهمالًا تامًا.
