الكتاب المقدس مرآةٌ أمام عين العقل. فيه نرى وجهنا الداخلي. ومن الكتب المقدسة نتعلّم تشوّهاتنا الروحية وجمالنا الروحي، ونكتشف فيها مقدار ما قطعناه من تقدّم، وكم نحن بعيدون عن الكمال.
