على النساء والرجال الأحرار في كل مكان أن يخوضوا حملةً متواصلةً كي تصبح هذه القيم الإنسانية واقعًا معترفًا به عامًّا ومُمارَسًا. ويجب أن نعترف بأسف أن هذا لم يتحقق بعدُ في أجزاء مختلفة من العالم. فبدون تلك القيم وحقوق الإنسان، يُعرَّض السلامُ الحقيقيّ الذي نحلم به للخطر.
