مشكلة السلطة هي كيف نُحسن استعمالها بمسؤولية، لا كيف نسيء استعمالها بتهوّر وتسلّط؛ وكيف نجعل أصحاب السلطة يعيشون لأجل الناس، لا يعيشون على حساب الناس.
