خلف الحكومة الظاهرة تجلس حكومةٌ خفيّة متوّجة، لا تدين بالولاء للشعب ولا تقرّ بمسؤوليتها تجاهه. ومهمة السياسة الأولى اليوم هي تدمير هذه الحكومة الخفية، وتلويث التحالف الآثم بين الأعمال الفاسدة والسياسة الفاسدة.
