في البلدان التي تكون فيها الديمقراطية غائبة أو في طور النشوء، يتوق المواطنون إلى تلك الحريات. ولعل هذا درس يستطيع المواطنون الغربيون أن يتعلموه من تلك البلدان: أن يُقدّروا ما بين أيديهم. استخدموا حقوقكم وحرياتكم لتحقيق التغيير الذي تريدونه.
