هو الإنسان الذي يستثمر مواهبه وإمكاناته وقدراته استثمارًا كاملًا. فيبدو كأنه يحقق ذاته ويبذل أقصى ما يستطيعه. ويجب على الإنسان المحقِّق لذاته أن يجد في حياته الصفات التي تجعل عيشه غنيًّا ومُجزيًا؛ فيجد المعنى، والاستقلال الذاتي، والسهولة، والمرح، والثراء، والبساطة، والاكتمال، والضرورة، والكمال، والتفرّد، والجمال، والحقيقة.
