النعمة الرخيصة هي الفكرة القائلة إنّ «النعمة» قد فعلت كلّ شيء من أجلي، فلا حاجة بي إلى تغيير نمط حياتي. فالمؤمن الذي يقبل فكرة «النعمة الرخيصة» يظنّ أنه يستطيع أن يواصل العيش كبقية الناس. فبدلًا من اتّباع المسيح اتّباعًا جذريًّا، يكتفي المسيحيّ الغارق في النعمة الرخيصة بالتنعّم بعزاءات نعمته.
