يجب أن تتخلص من العملاء السيئين كما تتخلص من الموظف السيئ. فإن لم تتخلص من موظفيك السيئين، رحل عنك الموظفون الجيدون. وإن لم أتخلص من العملاء السيئين، فلن يرحل عني عملائي الجيدون وحدهم، بل سيرحل كثيرٌ من موظفيّ الجيدين أيضاً.
