قلّصت التكنولوجيا بلا شك الفروقَ في الأداء بين السائقين. ففي الماضي كان السائق الموهوب يكسب نصف ثانية في كل لفّة، أما اليوم فلا تعوّض الموهبةُ إلا عُشر ثانية أو عُشرين منها. غير أنّ السائق يظلّ العامل الحاسم.
