صحيحٌ أنّ القليل من الفلسفة يميل بعقل الإنسان نحو الإلحاد، لكنّ التعمّق فيها يُعيد العقولَ إلى الدين. فالعقل حين ينظر إلى العلل الثانوية متفرّقةً قد يقف عندها ولا يتجاوزها، أما حين يرى سلسلتها مترابطةً متّصلةً بعضها ببعض، فلا بدّ أن يفزع إلى العناية الإلهية والألوهية.
