للحكومة القائمة ميزةٌ لا حدّ لها بمجرّد كونها قائمة؛ فجمهور الناس يُحكَمون بالسلطة لا بالعقل، ولا يُسندون السلطة إلى شيءٍ لم يحظَ بتزكية القِدَم.
