إن كان السلام الدائم هو المنشود، فلا بد من اعتماد تدابير دولية لتحسين أحوال الجماهير. ويجب أن تحلّ رفاهية البشرية جمعاء محلّ الجوع والظلم. ويجب تعليم شعوب العالم أن يتخلّوا عن الحسد والطمع والضغينة.
