أليس لأمريكا اللاتينية الحق في أن تسأل لماذا تُعارَض حكوماتها المنتخبة، ويُدعَم الانقلابيون؟ أليس لأفريقيا، التي يعاني أجزاء واسعة منها الفقر والشدّة، الحق في أن تسأل لماذا تُنهب ثرواتها الهائلة، بما فيها المعادن، رغم أنها أحوج إليها من غيرها؟
