إنّ هذه النقاط العديدة التي تُسحب عندها النقود من التداول وتُكدَّس في خزائن فردية كثيرة، أو في رؤوس أموال نقدية محتملة، تبدو عوائق أمام التداول، لأنها تُجمّد النقود وتحرمها من قدرتها على الدوران لفترة معيّنة.
