خلاصة القول: لن يأتي السلام إلى إسرائيل والشرق الأوسط إلا حين تكون الحكومة الإسرائيلية مستعدة للامتثال للقانون الدولي، و«خارطة الطريق» للسلام، والسياسة الأمريكية الرسمية، ورغبات غالبية مواطنيها أنفسهم، وأن تفي بالتزاماتها السابقة بالقبول بحدودها القانونية المعترف بها. وعلى جميع الجيران العرب أن يتعهدوا باحترام حق إسرائيل في العيش بسلام ضمن هذه الشروط.
