الماضي تأويلٌ، والمستقبل وهمٌ. فالعالم لا يتحرّك عبر الزمن كأنّه خطٌّ مستقيم يمضي من الماضي إلى المستقبل. بل يتحرّك الزمن عبرنا وفينا، في حلقات لا تنتهي. والأبدية لا تعني زمنًا لا نهائيًّا، بل تعني ببساطة انعدام الزمن. فإن أردت أن تعيش الإشراق الأبدي، فاصرف الماضي والمستقبل عن ذهنك، وابقَ في اللحظة الحاضرة.
