نجد عصابتين كبيرتين من المضاربين السياسيين، تتعاقبان على انتزاع السلطة في الدولة واستغلالها لأخسّ الغايات، والأمةُ عاجزةٌ أمام هذين التكتّلين الكبيرين من السياسيين الذين يُفترض أنهم خدامها، وهم في الحقيقة يسيطرون عليها وينهبونها.
