لقد تخلّف العالم الإسلامي، ومعه دول الشرق الأوسط، في سباق التنمية السياسية والاقتصادية والإنسانية. ولذلك يميل الناس إلى إلقاء اللوم على الآخرين بوصفهم السبب الرئيس.
