في العام الماضي ظهرتُ في برنامج بات روبرتسون، وناقشنا إيماننا المسيحي الأساسي، ومنه على سبيل المثال الفصل بين الكنيسة والدولة. ومن مبادئي ألّا أسعى إلى رفع المسيحية إلى مكانة تفضيلية في الولايات المتحدة، فذلك يخالف الدستور. وأنا لستُ مع فرض الصلاة في المدارس، ولا مع إنفاق المال العام على التعليم الديني.
