فالقوةُ ليست القوةَ العسكرية وحدها. إنها القوةُ الاجتماعية التي يمنحها الحكمُ الديمقراطي، والقوةُ الثقافية التي تمنحها حريةُ التعبير والبحث، والقوةُ الشخصية التي تجعل كلَّ مواطنٍ عربي يشعر بأنه مواطنٌ حقًّا، لا مجرّد خروفٍ في قطيعِ راعٍ كبير.
