الفقر في ذاته لا يحوّل الناس إلى غوغاء؛ إنما تُخلق الغوغاء حين يقترن الفقر بنزعةٍ في النفس، وسخطٍ داخلي على الأغنياء، وعلى المجتمع، وعلى الحكومة.
