ينبغي أن نتذكّر أنه ليس ثمّة ما هو أعسر ترتيبًا، وأبعدُ عن النجاح، وأخطرُ في التنفيذ، من الشروع في التغيير. فالمجدِّد يعادي كلَّ من ازدهروا في ظلّ النظام القديم، ولا يحظى إلا بتأييدٍ فاتر ممن كان سيزدهر في ظلّ الجديد؛ وذلك الفتور مردّه أنّ الناس عمومًا يرتابون، ولا يثقون بالجديد حقًّا ما لم يجرّبوه بالتجربة.
