تُعنى وزارة السلام بالحرب، ووزارة الحقيقة بالأكاذيب، ووزارة الحبّ بالتعذيب، ووزارة الوفرة بالتجويع. وهذه التناقضات ليست عَرَضية، ولا تنجم عن النفاق المعتاد، بل هي تمارين مقصودة في ازدواج التفكير.
