نحتاج إلى الاستعانة بمجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة، ونؤمن بأن حفظ النظام والقانون في عالم اليوم المعقّد والمضطرب من أندر السبل التي تحول دون انزلاق العلاقات الدولية إلى الفوضى. القانونُ يبقى قانونًا، وعلينا أن نلتزم به شئنا أم أبينا.
